Client drops 5% body fat in 8 weeks, develops amazing pad speed and stamina
Former Oxford University student Andy Laithwaite, 24, started training with me twice a week to work on improving some pain and discomfort from sports injuries to his knee and shoulder. He also wanted to get in shape for film school and was struggling for fitness. We put together a specific gym program and set about learning Muay Thai thereafter. After working on the basic techniques in the first few sessions we slowly built up and really pushed his fitness limits to the maximum. By the last few sessions we were hitting pads for 12-14 rounds of 2-3 minutes with a short recovery. He also dropped from 17.5% to 12% body fat.
