On December 13th I completed a kinesiology taping course for sports injuries and ailments. K taping is a way of using sticky tape to add compression and support to injuries and has been clinically shown to reduce inflammation to soft tissue, ligament and tendon problems. I have used it on myself for a couple of years now and really found the benefits in reducing pain and training for longer. I can now offer this service to clients who are struggling with injuries for a small fee.
