Oxford University International student makes great progress.


I had the pleasure of training Vivian Luk an International Oxford University student from Hong Kong. She made great progress over 6 months of sessions, training 2 x a week. We did a combination of weights, cardio, core, skipping and Muay Thai pad work and Vivian achieved some great results.
