Happy to report that as per the governments easing of restrictions in July combat sports as we know it can resume as normal with sparring and clinching now permitted. My sessions are still currently outdoors and in peoples homes and I may review this to go back indoors for a certain number of sessions moving into the Autumn for those who want to practice Muay Thai in its fullest form (barefoot). Pad work and conditioning can continue outdoors in all weathers with appropriate footwear. If you have a suitable indoor space at home I can transport my jigsaw mats to create a matted area which can replicate a Dojo for traditional training. I can also book a space at a village hall in Bletchingdon for an additional cost of £10. Please contact me for further information.
I am on holiday from 22nd Aug to 5th Sept so will be looking to book in new and returning clients from the 6th.
